Marcia brings over 35 years of diverse experience in nursing and case management to her Advocare role. She graduated from Broward Community College and furthered her education by attending Barry University’s Business of Professional Studies program. Throughout her career, Marcia has served in various critical roles, including Emergency Department, Neurology, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and Brain and Spinal Cord Trauma Case Manager. She has also worked extensively as a Certified Insurance Rehabilitation Specialist (CIRS), Certified Case Manager (CCMC), and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) Consultant with both state and federal agencies.

Marcia’s commitment to staying current in her field is evident through her involvement with various Elder Care Organizations, where she volunteers to maintain her knowledge base on current policies, resources, and support for this vital population. Her broad expertise encompasses patient education, care coordination, comprehensive assessment of medical and mental health needs, and strong communication skills across diverse healthcare settings. Marcia’s dedication to providing exceptional care and support makes her a valuable asset to Advocare and the clients and families we serve.
